Echoes Within – A Monthly Sound Bath for Renewal & Connection
Echoes Within is a monthly sound bath series in Brunswick — a gentle, welcoming space to release the weight of daily life, reset your energy, and come back home to yourself in community.
Each month we gather on the third Thursday evening for an immersive sound journey designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your inner stillness.
What to expect:
✨ A group oracle card pull to set the intention and theme for the evening — revealed live as you drop into meditation.
✨ Gentle vocal toning exercises (optional) to ground and balance your energy centres.
✨ An intuitive sound bath using crystal bowls, drums, chimes, light language, and voice — each session is unique and guided by the energy of the group.
✨ Sharing circle at the beginning and end — a chance to connect with others, or simply listen and be present.
The space is open to all — no prior experience needed. Come just as you are, and allow the sounds to carry you inward. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — with yourself and with community.
When: Every third Thursday of the month
Where: Alchemy R.Aum - 527 Sydney Rd, Brunswick
Who: Open to everyone (up to 20 participants)
What to bring: Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. Wear cosy clothes, and feel free to bring an eye mask, journal, and a water bottle.
This is your monthly reset: a chance to pause, soften, and tune back into the echoes of your inner self.
